this week we did athletics and I learned how to do discuss and you need to throw it... yea.
also, a vortex that was pretty fun.pretty in the way that it was not really but I liked blowing the whistle (hehe)
sprinting was fun.Until I had my shoes on in the last 50m
I also found out that I suck at high jump now whereas last year I went about 1.10 and this year I only got 1.5.

I went to flip out and knocked out Alex on the foam pit game.I saw Hugh do racing. he's really good
